A Familiar Story
Difficulties at work, in the family. A flash of anger. Criticism and doubt wash over you. You are tired of nothing changing, and sometimes it seems that things are only getting worse.
There are moments when it is genuinely hard. Fear, hurt, guilt, anger rise up — something alive and real. And almost immediately, something like this starts sounding in your head:
“Think about what seeds you are planting right now.”
“Don’t criticize, don’t judge…”
“Pull yourself together — you are creating all of this yourself.”
And instead of living through it, you stop yourself halfway. You do not want to burden anyone with your mood. You do not want to look like someone who still has not figured out their own mind. The emotion does not go anywhere. It simply stops being heard. Even by you.
It is not sent or saved anywhere — it will simply stay here for a moment, seen.
